Yes, you can. If you specify the wood species, size, and quality through the “Inquiry” form, we will contact all registered sawmills by email. If you include the intended use, we can search for lumber that better matches your purpose.

Price changes are possible. Shipping costs differ between ordering one package from a distant sawmill and ordering a full truckload. In some cases, another nearby port may be used. The displayed price should be considered a “preliminary estimate.”

Please first create a preliminary estimate using the registered port. After that, contact us through the inquiry form and we will try to accommodate your request. However, costs may increase significantly if the port has no shipping route or requires transshipment.

Because this site is used by many different buyers, payment is basically limited to L/C in all cases.

Generally, fumigation is not required for lumber without rounded edges or bark. It may be required for wood with bark or rounded surfaces, depending on the port. Please show photos and inquire with the intended port. Fumigation costs are not included in the listed prices. *Fumigation is not required for exports to countries such as South Korea and Taiwan.

Cancellation or changes are possible during the preliminary estimate or estimate stages. However, once the contract is completed, cancellations or changes are not allowed.

Even if the lumber is in stock, shipping arrangements or container availability may take time. It may take around one month even when stock is available. Thank you for your understanding.
